Q. If I use Dinner Bell's You Know What Happens ability, can I choose one of my characters that doesn't have any damage?
A. Yes. If you did, you wouldn't draw any cards because there's no damage on the character you chose, but you'd still banish that character. It certainly is a bold choice, but hey, you do you!

Q. Can I choose a character of mine with no damage counters on it for the You Know What Happens ability of Dinner Bell?
A. Yes, you can. In this instance you would not draw any cards because there are no damage counters on the chosen character but you would still banish that character.
